1. Who you are contracting with

2. What we sell

We register and manage domain names as a reseller. The domain itself is licensed from the relevant registry — NIXI for .in and .co.in, and the appropriate registry for every other extension — and your registration is subject to that registry’s policies as well as these terms.

3. Ownership

Domains are registered in your name or your organisation’s name, never in ours. You are the registrant. You may transfer the domain away at any time and we will release the authorisation code the same working day at no charge.

4. Pricing, GST and renewals

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at 18%. Registration and renewal prices are published and differ from one another; the renewal price shown at the time of purchase is the price we intend to charge.

Registry price changes are passed through at cost. Where a renewal amount changes, we notify you at least 30 days before it falls due. We do not charge a card without prior notice of the amount.

5. Renewals and expiry

Renewal reminders are sent at 30 and 7 days before expiry to the contact details on the account. Keeping those details current is your responsibility. An expired domain enters the registry’s grace, redemption and deletion periods, and restoration during redemption carries a registry fee we pass on at cost.

6. What is included

DNS management, email forwarding, WHOIS privacy where the registry permits it, and transfer lock are included at no additional charge for as long as the domain is registered with us.

7. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate registrant details — registries may suspend domains with false contact data
Do not register a name you know to infringe somebody’s trade mark
Do not use a domain registered here for unlawful activity
Keep your account contact details current

8. Suspension

We may suspend a domain where a registry or a court requires it, where registrant details are demonstrably false, or where the domain is being used for unlawful activity. We will tell you why.

9. Liability

We are liable for our own failures, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for registry outages, changes in registry policy, or losses arising from a domain you allowed to expire after due notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email to account holders at least 30 days in advance.
