Shipping & Delivery Policy
Everything we sell is delivered online. Nothing is shipped, and there is no delivery charge. Last updated November 2026.
What we deliver
Domain names, web hosting, business email, SSL certificates, website backup and servers. All of them are digital services: there is no physical product, no courier and no shipping address. The address you give at checkout is the registrant address the domain registry requires, not a delivery address.
When your domain is registered
- UPI, UPI QR or bank transfer: we check the payment against our account by hand and register your domain as soon as it is confirmed. Payments are verified between 9am and 9pm IST, seven days.
A domain name is not reserved for you until it is registered. Until your payment is confirmed, someone else can register the same name.
How you receive it
Once the domain is registered we email the login details for your domain control panel to the address you gave at checkout, and we can send the same details on WhatsApp. The domain is registered in your name, as the registrant you entered.
Hosting, email and other services
We set these up after your payment is confirmed and email you the access details. If anything will take longer than one working day, we will tell you.
If a domain cannot be registered
Domain names are first come, first served. If the name you ordered is registered by someone else before your payment is confirmed, we will contact you to choose another name. Any payment for a domain we could not register is handled under our Refund Policy.
