This is the cheapest credibility a small Indian business can buy. Mailboxes are real accounts with their own storage, sent items, webmail and mobile sync, one per person, which survive an employee leaving. Forwarding is enough for a one-person business. Mailboxes are what you want the moment there are three of you and somebody has to hand over their correspondence.
Billing is per account per month, so five people cost five times one person and nothing is wasted on seats you have not filled.

What is the difference between email forwarding and a mailbox?
Forwarding redirects mail to an inbox you already use and is free with your domain. A mailbox is a real account with its own storage, webmail and mobile sync, which stays with the business when the person using it leaves.
How is business email priced?
Per account per month, including GST. You pay for the mailboxes you actually use, and can add or remove them as staff change.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes — IMAP and POP with mobile sync, so it works in Gmail on Android, Mail on iPhone, Outlook or any standard client, as well as through webmail in a browser.
Can I move my existing email across?
Usually yes. Tell us what you are on now and we will tell you honestly whether the migration is straightforward or whether you are better off running both for a fortnight.
Do I need hosting as well?
No. Business email works on its own with just the domain. Hosting is only needed for a website.
